Nicola Tesla 1856-1943

Since the beginning of time man has searched for a solution to the production of energy. After the discovery of fire the development remained in a state of rest. In the last 150 years the developments in the energy market have followed each other with short and long term solutions, such as windmills, steam turbines, oil fired, nuclear and the use of natural resources such as solar panels. However the basis is still electromagnetic and not permanent magnetic, at least in the production of energy. The world famous American physicist Nicola Tesla (born in Serbia 10th July 1856), has made many discoveries in the use of magnetism, such as the induction motor. He constructed a formulae that the power in a strong magnetic field could be calculated simply in to Newton meters or kilowatt hours: 1 T = 1 WB. m -2 = 1 kg. s -2 . A-1. Although Tesla mostly centered on the fields of induction current and electromagnetism, he did note in his scientific discoveries that it must be possible to create energy from a permanent magnet for use in daily life. No one has ever has proved that magnetic power could be removed from a magnet, other than through heating or a heavy shock.

It must be noted that a permanent magnet can retain its power, depending on the circumstances, for a period of 400 to 1300 years. Who is not aware of magnets in a cupboard door or the magnetic strip on a bank- or creditcard. If one explores the internet under the search argument of perpetual magnetic engines on the the magnetic motors site, one will find a selection on professional and amateur physicists that have spent many years on the development of such a solution. Although there have been many attempts to date, only one has succeeded. In times gone by inventors with revolutionary or extreme ideas were burnt at the stake or disposed of by other unpleasant means. This behavior, we hope, is no longer in fashion. If one should mention the term permanent magnetic turbine the usual answer is “PERPETUUM MOBILAE” is impossible. That the perpetuum mobilae is impossible is accepted, the problem is that one assumes that a permanent magnetic turbine is a perpetuum mobilae. This is not the case, the permanent magnetic turbine or perpmotor in not a perpetuum mobilae. After many years of extreme study one of the partner inventors has developed a prototype. This can be compared, with the air and space exploration field, to the first flight of the Wright Brothers.

The Potentialities The potentialities of the perpmotor are inexhaustible. One individual perpmotor with a discdiameter of 35 centimeters can deliver a minimal power of approximately 20 Kwh, larger and more discs can bring this to an endless augment. The perpmotor attached to a simple generator could deliver energy for a considerable time at a cost price of less than € 0.01 Kwh. The delivered energy is more environmentally friendly then any of the current delivery methods. The equipment is simple and can be utilized over the whole world and in theory could dispose of the use of fossil fuels. Of course there is still considerable research necessary and estimations reveal it will be about 25 years before all the current sources of electric energy have been replaced. By this time the world will have depleted the fossil fuel resources and be forced to use other sources. The basic materials for the production of the perpmotor are readily available as more then 90% of the earth is made up of the required metals. A great advantage is all current applications, without any modification, can utilize the energy. Further developments, for example the use of hydrogen in the transportation sector, have a real chance as the price of hydrogen is lower than the cost price of oil production.

The great danger is that members of the world’s largest players will steal or copy the invention. Therefore protection through patent is a necessity. The opening for many parties to join in the project is present and would be provided via licenses. The participation in the future company Freenergie NV brings no financial risk to the investor. Magenco bv. has the responsibility for the further development. 12 shares will be placed with leading researchers and captains of industry who may also participate in the supervisory board of Freenergie NV. Freenergie NV will buy all the rights of Magenco bv including the responsibility for the further market development. For these rights Magenco bv receives a one off sum and 10% of the royalties of the Freenergie NV total turnover. A quick calculation based on the current energy usage and current costs reveals that Freenergie NV can be in a relatively short time one of the world largest companies. The registration of shares in Freenergie NV will be possible ending 2005 or in the first six months of 2006 and a prospectus is available for interested parties.
